How to prepare it

PREPARATION TIME: 30 MINUTES

1. Sear the chops with the aromatic herbs in a very hot non-stick frying pan, taking care to seal them all over. Add salt and pepper at the end.
2. Place in the oven at 140°C and add the honey and vinegar solution to the meat.
3. After 10 minutes add the peppers and the onions, well drained from the preserving liquid.
4. Continue to cook at 180°C for around 7 minutes.
5. Serve piping hot.

Comment le préparer TEMPS DE PRÉPARATION : 30 MINUTES 1. Saisir les côtelettes aux herbes aromatiques dans une poêle anti-adhésive bien chaude en prenant soin de bien les sceller. Saler et poivrer à la fin. 2. Mettre au four à 140°C et ajouter la solution de miel et de vinaigre à la viande. 3. Au bout de 10 minutes ajouter les poivrons et les oignons bien égouttés du liquide de conservation. 4. Poursuivre la cuisson à 180°C pendant environ 7 minutes. 5. Servir bien chaud.
